I was travelling through St. Louis, and my Ram 3500 threw the dreaded "5 MPH max in XXX miles. Service DEF. See dealership". South County DCJR was very close, so I took a chance and went there. To start with, Sara Gotch was very friendly and welcomming. I've been to many dealership service departments where the Service Advisor seemed to want to do anything but help. Sara...complete opposite. I told her my situation. Long story short...she was able to get my truck in IMMEDIATELY though the service department was very busy. After the diagnosis, she sat down with me, discussed the options, and provided two quotes to fix the issue. The issue was fixed in the exact time she said it would, I paid, and was able to travel home knowing the issue had been resolved. Thank you to Sara, to the technician, and to the staff at South County who stopped to talk with me while I was waiting. You all are good eggs!
