We are currently remodeling our whole dealership so we will have a state of the art facility with a new break room, locker room, we are adding 6 more racks as well in our climate controlled bays by the end of the summer.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred
• Prior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Complete thorough multi-point inspection on every vehicle
• Document all work performed and be sure all time is properly flagged
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes
• Stay current on all factory technical bulletins
• Ensure that customers’ vehicles are kept clean
• Keep shop area neat and clean
• Complete warranty claims properly
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Our Service Advisors are responsible for building strong customer relationships through our process: greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk-around inspection, sell and up-sell services that are required, update customers often, field service calls, and take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end.
