I had my Dodge Durango delivered by a towing company to your competitors body shop about a month ago. I found the number for a towing company on their website. The vehicle was towed from my home to their shop as a result of the accident. I kept insisting with the body shop manager that I needed a quote for the repairs. He said too many other jobs came in even though my vehicle had been on the lot for nearly three weeks. I have to say the tow charge to their shop was overpriced and their body shop customer respect needs some attention. The manager suggested that I should take the plates off of my vehicle and walk out of his office. After giving them a couple more weeks to work up an estimate I called South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep and discussed my need for my vehicle to be repaired. The manager (Bill Hill) at South County was very helpful and courteous. Within an hour, a tow truck company from South County picked up my vehicle and brought it to their body shop. Within a couple of days the details were worked out and they repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction.

I spoke at length to Gary last evening and it was at that point that I truly realized how your generosity and values carry over to him. I am still shocked at the "whole" experience and have raved about it to just about everyone I have come into contact with; most of whom had purchased vehicles through you topped my story.
